Call for Papers for the 8th ASME 2011 IDETC/MSNDC Vehicle Dynamics Symposium

A Symposium on Dynamics of Land, Sea, Air, and Space Vehicles will be
organized within the 8th ASME International Conference on Multibody
Systems, Nonlinear Dynamics and Control (MSNDC), which will take place
August 29-31, 2011 in Washington, DC, USA.
Papers are solicited in all areas related to the dynamics of land, sea, air, and space vehicles. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, vehicle modeling and simulation, wheel/rail and tire/road interactions, vibration and ride comfort, vehicle controls, vehicle stability, suspension and steering designs, hardware-in-the-loop simulation, human factor research, and experimental validation. Both analytical and experimental investigations are welcome.
An abstract must be submitted by February 11, 2011 in order to submit a full-length draft paper for review by February 18, 2011. Abstract and draft paper should be submitted through the IDETC 2011 web site at https://www.asmeconferences.org/IDETC2011. All manuscripts will be reviewed and, if accepted, the associated technical paper will be published in the conference proceedings on CD-ROM. There will be a student paper competition, so student papers are particularly welcome.
